Objective for the Position
The Regional Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple sites within the APAC region. This role ensures effective integration of SIOP with operations, procurement, logistics, and inventory management to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a key business partner, Regional Supply Chain Manager aligns supply chain and operational strategies with overall business goals and enforces governance across local sites and drives strategic initiatives for future growth

Key Responsibilities
• \tDevelop and implement a comprehensive regional supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• \tLead the development and execution of the 2027 strategy, including the establishment of a second regional warehouse in (South) China.
• \tEngage and foster collaboration among the community of Supply chain managers across APAC.
• \tAlign supply chain and operations activities with regional and global objectives, ensuring consistency and best practices.
• \tIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier risks and logistics disruptions.
• \tLead the SIOP process at the regional level, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand.
• \tDrive the regional SIOP process to enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and mitigate risks.
• \tProvide critical support for local SIOP processes across APAC, especially in the context of significant organizational changes.
• \tEnsure effective supply planning to maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstocking.
• \tProvide oversight and support to local site procurement teams to ensure consistency in sourcing strategies.
• \tManage regional logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Job Description:
• \tOptimize logistics networks to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance delivery reliability.
• \tLead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce excess inventory through lean principles and continuous improvement.
• \tFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to address supply chain and operational challenges and drive improvement initiatives.
• \tIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased supply chain agility.
• \tOversee the implementation of operational best practices, ensuring consistency across all plants.
• \tLead regional initiatives to enhance supply chain and operational resilience and sustainability
Skills & Qualification
• \tBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• \tMinimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• \tStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and plant operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
• \tProven track record of driving supply chain and operational optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• \tExperience in working with advanced supply chain and manufacturing systems and tools (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, MES, TMS, WMS).
• \tExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• \tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• \tExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• \tWillingness to travel extensively across the region.
