An established US-based company distributing industrial motor devices is seeking suitable candidates to join the growing team as a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service and increase operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ queries through various channels
- Process customers’ orders in the system and follow up with relevant personnel on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
- Serves as an interface between customers and sales and finance departments to resolve any customer-related issues
- Monitor factory delivers and liaise with customers on any changes to their order/delivery process
- Prepare and send shipping documents to customers
- Update weekly sales orders for sales forecast reports for management
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned to support business need
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent
- Some experience in customer service, sales support and/or logistics is preferred
- Prior experience utilising the JDE system is advantageous
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
