Job Description:
- Process purchase orders and requisition.
- Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment.
- Source and evaluate suppliers' performance.
- Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements.
- Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system.
- Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties.
- Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred.
- Good communication & negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Pro-active and meticulous with positive attitude.
