Job Description:

  • Process purchase orders and requisition.
  • Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers' performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements.
  • Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system.
  • Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties.
  • Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Pro-active and meticulous with positive attitude.
