• Industry : Manufacturing company 
• Work Location : Woodlands
• 5 Days week -  Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6.15pm 
• Salary : $ 2800 to $3200 (depend on experience)

Requirements:

• Applicant must be currently reside in Singapore
• Nitec in Engineering / GCE N/O level with engineering & ISO knowledge 
• Must able to handle both English & Chinese written documents & correspondence as well as communication in both languages to respective language spoken supplier / vendors.
• 2-3 years procurement / purchasing / material planner working experience in Engineering or Construction Procurement and familiar with engineering parts, raw materails use in the metal/ steel process industry. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, words & PowerPoint
• Possess excellence time management and must have excellent recall ability.
• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment .
• Must be well organized and communicate well 

Jobscope:

• Liaising with Suppliers and Vendors regarding to requisitions for materials ordering, PO and ensure goods will be received timely
• Handle all IN/OUT bound documents and permit for overseas
• Review inventories according to order required and check Suppliers and vendors deliveries against PO on daily basis
• Do tracking on Outstanding PO daily and report HOD if there's a delay
• Maintain ISO Supplier System and Yearly Supplier Reviews reports in order to identify Top Tier Suppliers and Vendors every half a year
• Handle CN from Supplier 
• Ensure invoices are sent to accounts for payment
• Manage FA and Non FA Goods Administration to Finance.
• Handle all paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD
