Salary: $3500 - $3900 per month

Contract Duration: 2 Years (possibly of contract extension)

Working Location: Nearest to Buona Vista MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid working arrangement)

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
• Understands and operationalize the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs, including coordinating with various stakeholders and providing advisories to requestors
• Supporting sharing and training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of the Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
• Involve in developing change management plans, evaluating the impact of planned change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Participates in audit review findings/lapses and propose changes to governance policies and procedures
• Provide insights and trends from data analytics with regards to the procurement activities.
   

Job Requirements

• Only Singaporean need to apply.
• Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or relevant field.
• Strong liaison & analytical skills.
• Understanding of Government Procurement Procedure is advantageous.
