Responsibilities

• Identify and develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply risk upon receiving RFQs.
• Prioritize cost reduction while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Negotiate favorable terms in quotations/contracts for the company's benefit.
• Address supply-related issues such as damages, delays, and payments within authority.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Assist in drafting or refining contracts for manager approval.
• Manage daily purchase orders, amendments, and coordinate specification changes.
• Prepare summary reports and handle ad-hoc requests.
• Any Ad-hoc tasks delegated by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field  
• 3-5 years of working experience in purchasing functions
• Experience in SAP system will be an added advantage
