Responsibilities:

• Coordinate return inventory arrangements with business units and third-party logistics. Process credit notes in SAP in a timely manner and accurately
• Manage monthly staff purchase orders in SAP and prepare reports for the HR and finance teams in a timely manner. Allocate staff purchase products to team members as needed
• Review and update/maintain correct pricing in the staff purchase portal
• Review Asterspring variance report to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
• Create new SKU in SAP and update pricing in SAP in a timely manner
• Update Jetplus item code creation form for the MIS team
• Handle bundles, tester and Webshop inventory conversion orders in SAP
• Prepare month-end reporting timely
• Review third-party logistics WMS locations to ensure alignment with SAP inventory locations and maintain accurate records of inventory for both systems
• Coordinate import and export shipment arrangements. Liaise with freight forwarders to verify Bill of Lading details, import permits and follow up on shipments status
• Update VPO orders and reconcile inventory quantities, locations and pricing in SAP upon receiving stocks
• Monitor and coordinate the purchase of packaging materials for the warehouse
• Coordinate ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain / logistic role
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with using SAP system will have added advantage
• Able to communicate and collaborate across different business units
• Positive mindset and attitude with a proactive approach to handling daily task
• Analytical skill is required for problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
