• Input daily delivery orders into a summary spreadsheet.
• Plan the delivery team routing and update delivery schedule.
• Receive daily delivery orders from sales department and sort according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
• Coordinate with sales department for the pick list to be printed and passed to warehouse team.
• Record all the orders received and ensure there is no missing delivery instructions.
• Consolidate all returned delivery orders from the delivery team and scan into company digital management system.
• Report to the Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator & carried out any other miscellaneous tasks if required.

Job Requirements:-

• 'N' level with 1-2 years Schedules Planning or Order Fulfilment experience.
• SAP experience is advantage.
• 5.25 day work week (Alt Sat, Half Day).
