- Handling sales orders processing for India, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar. 
- Ensure all orders are enter into system and order confirmation send to customer in timely manner and comply with ISO standard.
- Ensure all orders are checked against forecast, inventory and price before order entry
- Work closely with logistic team from respective plant for shipment arrangement and update customer on shipment details or vessel delay
- Vessel track and trace
- Monitor all open orders closely and ensure timely shipment.
- Support sales with small order quotation.
