  • Manage purchases of items assigned by Commercial Buyer.
  • Ensure product complies with importing legal & regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor stocks levels and place orders as needed.
  • Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review quality of purchased products.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchased products, certification, delivery information and invoices.
  • Ensure all product image, videos & marketing materials are updated in internal database.
  • Assist Commercial buyer to provide trade data and product information to sales team (B2B, B2C, export and e-commerce).
  • Response to ad-hoc queries and request from sales team.
  • Act as a liaison to plan and execute marketing campaigns with vendors and in-house team.
  • Participate in company trade shows/exhibitions/promotion activities and stay up to date with industry trends.



  • Minimum 5 years experience in foodservice supply chain & purchasing is a must.
  • Degree in Procurement or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in SAP/ERP system is a plus.
  • Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures, prices, market factors, report procedures.
  • Knowledge of best practice approach to purchasing.
  • Good communication (written & spoken) skills with ability to build productive relationships internally and with business partners.
  • High sensitivity to deadlines and provide information in a timely manner.
  • Intense curiosity and ability to hunt for relevant data and information.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
