Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Manage logistics, warehousing, inventory control and delivery systems.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and initiate improvements.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, production and finance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and company standards.
- Handle other duties or special assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, a Master's degree is often preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience, with some senior roles requiring at least 7-10 years and regional leadership exposure.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficient in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
