Job Description

- In charge of overall strategy and planning of our procurement process

-Monitor and control of purchasing and ordering of the provisions such as rice, spices, canned Food from India and Southeast Asia Region.

-Co-ordinates and liaise with suppliers and wholesalers.

-Develop and maintain our stocks and inventory control in the computer system.

-Sales promotion and marketing.

-Expand local market and maintain existing customers.

-Supervise retail service staff.
