Supply Chain Executive (No exp needed/ Hybrid/ Up to 3K)

Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and inventory control to international shipping and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Handle procurement, purchase orders (PO), and stock replenishment to ensure goods are always available.
• Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and agents for smooth shipping and customs clearance.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage import/export documents, billing, and transit permits accurately.
• Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries, provide shipping updates, and support the sales team.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records in SAP and ensure timely monthly sales closing.

Requirements:

• Education: O-Levels or Diploma
• Experience: 0 or 1 year of related experience
• Attributes: Meticulous, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong team player.
