- Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Act as the single point of contact for leadership on supplier purchasing, risk management, dashboards, spend visibility, and strategic alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Division leaders to resolve cross-divisional supplier issues and drive alignment.
- Supply Risk & S&OP Management - Work with local teams to identify raw material shortages, ensure inputs to the S&OP cycle, and drive effective mitigation plans.
- Issue & Crisis Coordination - Support coordination, escalation, and reporting of emergencies and urgent supplier-related issues at the division level.
- Cost, Savings & Inventory Optimization - Drive divisional savings, optimize site-based buying, and improve inventory and service levels in alignment with Category Management and Buyers.
- Category Strategy & Supplier Continuity - Support strategic category managers to deliver cost reductions, provide divisional input into category strategies, and ensure continuity of supply across the product line.
- Talent Development & Coaching - Develop, guide, and assess purchasing and supply chain talent through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning in partnership with site leadership and Supply Chain COE.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Sharepoint will be a plus
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, processes and products
- Ability to travel
