Job Description

• Develop and execute contracting, sourcing, and tender strategies in line with project and business objectives.
• Manage supplier pre-qualification, tendering, contract award, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee contract implementation, compliance, variations, and continuous optimization with stakeholders.
• Manage and execute end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes using ERP systems.
• Lead structured supplier selection and negotiation for non-framework purchases.
• Drive project, category, and budget planning through spend and market analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve procurement processes, policies, and performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, buying, and contract and supply management, with hands-on involvement in contract negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of contract law.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and effective vendor management.
• Demonstrated experience in Quantity Surveying and
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical, proactive, and decisive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in using ERP systems.
