Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Distributor - piping
• Position Title: Procurement Coordinator
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Update delivery schedules and shipment status records.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and service providers.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on goods receipt and inventory updates.
• Maintain procurement documents (POs, quotations, supplier records).
• Support vendor evaluation and price/cost comparisons.
• Prepare and handle import/export and logistics documentation.
• Ensure procurement work follows company policies and compliance requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Minimum O-Levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
