Job Description

• Manage procurement processes to meet business needs efficiently.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
• Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a comparable discipline.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting purchasing or procurement activities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Excel.
• Meticulous and dependable, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
