Key Responsibilities:
• \tOversee end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• \tLead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• \tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• \tImplement and maintain supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
Procurement Planning & Inventory Management
• \tAnalyse inventory levels across multiple locations to anticipate demand and procurement needs.
• \tDevelop and maintain purchase plans aligned with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets.
• \tMonitor inventory trends and recommend stock adjustments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• \tDrive process improvement for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• \tPrepare performance reports on purchase plan vs. actual performance, lead times for management review.
Supplier Management
• \tMaintain a strong relationship with suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.
• \tEvaluate supplier performance using metrics and implement improvement programs to enhance reliability.
• \tSupport negotiation of pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• \tIdentify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• \tLead supplier development initiatives and foster strategic partnerships for long-term benefits.
Job Requirements:
• \tDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field.
• \tMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in supply chain and inventory management.
• \tHands-on experience in procurement and proven track record in supplier relationships management.
• \tExpertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization and supply planning.
• \tStrong operational and strategic thinking skills drive long-term business growth.
• \tExcellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• \tPossess strong leadership qualities and a collaborative team player.
• \tExperience in FMCG wholesale trade is highly preferred.
Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong, Singapore 619325 (Transport will be provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT)
