Job Description
• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
• Position Title: Supply Chain Manager/Logistics & Procurement Manager
• Working Hours: 6 days, Monday - Saturday (9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $6500 + $100 (Travel Allowance) + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
• Strategically plan and execute the company's supply chain operations.
• Manage the purchasing and logistics teams, including budgetary responsibilities.
• Track and report on key procurement and logistics performance indicators.
• Analyze and optimize inventory management to improve turnover and working capital.
• Enhance purchasing strategies to meet goals related to delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee logistics to ensure accuracy in delivery and inventory management.
• Lead vendor management including selection, negotiations, and contracting.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and logistic partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt operations to meet customer needs effectively.
• Identify and address process bottlenecks, recommending improvements for operational efficiency and ISO compliance.
• Undertake additional tasks as required.
Requirement
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP. And Class 4 driving licence with forlift licence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
