We are currently looking for a Procurement Lead to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Led sourcing and procurement of major CAPEX process equipment including bioreactors/fermenters, mixing and blending vessels, buffer/media preparation tanks, chromatography skids, aseptic filling machines, lyophilizers, and sterilizers/autoclaves from leading vendors in China.
• Directed procurement strategy and execution for engineering services and equipment supporting a large-scale greenfield expansion project, ensuring alignment with project timelines, technical specifications, and compliance standards.
• Established and implemented comprehensive risk-mitigation strategies across the CAPEX procurement program to proactively address supply continuity risks, vendor reliability, cost fluctuations, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiated and finalized supplier agreements in alignment with global sourcing standards, project objectives, quality requirements, commercial goals, and long-term partnership strategies.
• Consolidated sourcing initiatives across multiple concurrent projects to maximize cost leverage, enhance vendor performance, and improve consistency in quality and delivery outcomes.
