• Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri), 8:30am-5:30pm
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Salary $2,300 - $2,500 + AWS
• Min. 1 year experience in Logistics/Freight coordination
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words,Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of QuickBook is an added advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
• Support the sales team on Sales activities
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations
• Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents
• Plan and monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery to customer
• Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments
• Manage and Handling of LC documents for submission
• Packing of shipments & preparing shipping documents
• Adhoc Admin function as assigned
