1. About the Role / 职位概述

This position is a Entry-level role, is more suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1~3 years working experience.
该职位为入门级职位,更适合应届毕业生或有1~3年工作经验的求职者。

2. Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Ø Monitoring and follow-up of the whole supply chain process, interact confidently with various stakeholders

对整个供应链过程进行监控和跟踪,与各利益相关者自信互动

Ø Preparing necessary operational documents(E.g. Sale/Purchase contracts, Sales/Purchase invoices).

准备必要的运营文件(例如,销售/采购合同,销售/采购发票)。

Ø Maintain and update data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

维护和更新数据,确保其准确性和完整性。

Ø Generate regular sales reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and etc.

生成定期销售报告,分析关键绩效指标 (KPI) 等。

Ø Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Ø Assist in streamlining sales/operation processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.

Ø Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.

准备并维护销售演示文稿,提案和其他销售资料。

Ø Assist with sales/purchase inquiries, follow-up, and communication as needed.

Ø Liaise with HQ in China and affiliated companies in U.S. and Europe, to ensure alignment and seamless workflows.

Ø Any other work assigned by the superior and management.

3. Requirements 任职要求

Ø Minimum Diploma's Degree or other equivalent professional qualifications; Certification in project management/operation/logistics/supply chain or related areas is preferred.

Ø Good command of writing and speaking in both Mandarin and English is a must.

Ø 1-3 years of operation, supply chain or logistics experience.

Ø Proven experience in operations, sales support, or a related role.

Ø Strong knowledge of logistics workflow.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ø Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills; Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to interact confidently with senior management and various stakeholders.

Ø Good Logic, meticulous and well-organised; Strong time management skills.
