Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, and service vendors
Purchasing / Procurement Duties
- Assist in sourcing, requesting quotations, and comparing prices
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and payment matters
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
- Verify delivery orders and invoices for accuracy
- Maintain proper purchasing records and supplier documentation
- Support inventory tracking and stock control
