A leading global logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking an Import Operations Officer to join the team. In this role, you will monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, handle customer inquiries, and ensure accurate billing and cost verification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managed and coordinated sea freight shipments, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
• Prepared and processed import/export and customs documentation (HB/L, MBL, manifests, TradeNet, declarations) with high accuracy.
• Coordinated with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, CFS warehouses, and overseas offices to ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Monitored shipment progress, resolved operational issues, and followed up on short-landed, damaged, or discrepant cargo.
• Ensured accurate billing, cost verification, and timely collection, including preparation of payment vouchers and file closure.
• Handled customer inquiries and complaints while ensuring compliance with WSH procedures and service quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management
• At least 1 year working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse
