Job Summary

Responsible for optimizing production volumes, ensuring on-time delivery (OTIF), maintaining high customer service levels, and driving continuous improvement through effective planning, ERP management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site-level production and supply plans aligned with demand, capacity, and budget.
• Ensure accurate production and release planning in the ERP system.
• Manage delivery schedules to achieve OTIF performance and maintain strong customer service levels.
• Coordinate with MSAT and cross-functional teams on new product transfers and CMC activities.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal/external stakeholders on supply commitments and changes.
• Optimize planning parameters, lead times, policies, and production frequencies to improve efficiency.
• Own ERP planning parameters (e.g. MOQ, campaign size, product segmentation).
• Lead supply performance improvement initiatives and support Supply Review meetings with KPI reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing planning experience, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
