Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Finding suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchasing, ensuring material availability.
• Production Planning: Aligning supply with manufacturing schedules to meet demand.
• Inventory Management: Controlling stock levels, preventing stockouts, managing warehouse operations.
• Logistics: Ensuring timely delivery.
• Team Leadership: Managing supply chain teams, fostering collaboration.
• Supplier Relations: Building strong relationships with vendors and distributors

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in purchasing functions, including at least 3 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
