Roles and Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Industry / Organization Type: General Construction Services
- Position Title: Purchasing Admin / Purchasing Officer
- Working Location: Loyang Way
- Working Time: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half Day) - Work from Home
- Process Purchase Orders and Liaise with Suppliers
- Monitory Inventory Levels and Perform Stock Adjustments
- Research and Compare Prices to Ensure Cost-Effective Purchases
- Perform Daily Data Entry for Accounting Records
- Assist with Recording Transactions, Handling Invoices and Managing Bills
- Proper Record Keeping Including Purchase Orders and Receipts
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 Year of Relevant Working Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-Motivated and Responsibility
- Processes Good Communication Skills
