Roles and Responsibilities
  • Industry / Organization Type: General Construction Services
  • Position Title: Purchasing Admin / Purchasing Officer
  • Working Location: Loyang Way
  • Working Time: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half Day) - Work from Home
  1. Process Purchase Orders and Liaise with Suppliers
  2. Monitory Inventory Levels and Perform Stock Adjustments
  3. Research and Compare Prices to Ensure Cost-Effective Purchases
  4. Perform Daily Data Entry for Accounting Records
  5. Assist with Recording Transactions, Handling Invoices and Managing Bills
  6. Proper Record Keeping Including Purchase Orders and Receipts
  7. Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:
  • At least 1 Year of Relevant Working Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-Motivated and Responsibility
  • Processes Good Communication Skills
