JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain accurate records in Materials Control system.
- Request Quotation from suppliers and arrange site visits / samples when required.
- Receive purchase requests from other departments and process Purchase Order to suppliers for delivery.
- Ensure all items are delivered on time.
- Manage suppliers' score card and HACCP certifications.
- Assist store department for inventory monitoring and maintain stock level.
- Assist Purchasing Manager in sourcing and all purchasing matters.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in purchasing functions. Exposure in hospitality industry is desirable.
- Good English communication skills both spoken and written.
- Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
