JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Maintain accurate records in Materials Control system.
  • Request Quotation from suppliers and arrange site visits / samples when required.
  • Receive purchase requests from other departments and process Purchase Order to suppliers for delivery.
  • Ensure all items are delivered on time.
  • Manage suppliers' score card and HACCP certifications.
  • Assist store department for inventory monitoring and maintain stock level.
  • Assist Purchasing Manager in sourcing and all purchasing matters.
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in purchasing functions. Exposure in hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Good English communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
