Our client is a profitable, homegrown eCommerce company withoperations across Asia and North America. One of the few Singapore-foundedplayers to successfully expand into the US market, the company distributes ahigh-performing portfolio of health and wellness products that continue to seestrong global demand. With online revenues surpassing USD 200m and ambitiousplans for further scale, the business is now hiring a Supply Chain Lead tostrengthen and mature its regional and international supply operations.

As Supply Chain Lead, you will oversee end-to-end supplychain planning and execution to ensure product availability, timely launches,and seamless customer fulfillment. This includes managing demand and supplyplanning cycles, coordinating manufacturing partners across multiple countries,streamlining inventory flows, and improving overall cost efficiency. You willwork closely with commercial, compliance, and product teams to support newproduct introductions, packaging/label readiness, and global rollout schedules.The role also involves supporting process optimisation initiatives, exploringautomation tools, and driving continuous improvement across supply chainworkflows.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience insupply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or operations, preferablywithin consumer health products, FMCG, beauty, or eCommerce environments.Strong forecasting abilities, comfort with supply chain systems, and adata-driven approach to planning are essential. Experience influencingcross-functional partners, handling multi-market operations, or supportingproduct lifecycle changes will be advantageous.
