Job Overview:

This role leads the data and digitalization efforts within procurement, focusing on automation, data-driven decision-making, and technology adoption. The incumbent will lead a team responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across procurement functions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the digital transformation of procurement processes and systems by leveraging automation and data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in support of business objectives.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement framework and governance structure aligned with the organization's strategy, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
3. Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
4. Serve as the subject matter expert on the company's procurement tools and processes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and other digital procurement platforms.
5. Lead new projects and system enhancements, coordinating with key vendors for pre- and post-implementation reviews.
6. Stay current with procurement regulations and market trends, with a focus on enabling effective alternative sourcing workflows where necessary.
7. Ensure visibility into supply chain risks and cultivate strategic alliances with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms, thereby enhancing financial performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in procurement digitalization, data analytics, and automation initiatives.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in end to end Procurement or Strategic Sourcing role with good understanding of the impementation of ERP system and strong knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and other digital procurement tools.
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mindset to manage complext negotiations and contracts management.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and project management skills.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results aligned with business goals.
