Responsibilities

• Materials Sourcing and Pathfinding to enable next Gen Technology Development and Emerging Memory products

• Establish Micron & Supplier Co-Development exclusive agreements for next Gen materials to be use in Micron emerging Memory

• Establish negotiation leverage to drive BiC pricing and business awards for FOAK materials supporting next-gen Tech Node product lines

• Accelerate next-generation Tech Node product ramps by seamlessly transitioning FOAK material solutions into HVM Environment

• Enhance growth of existing suppliers and identify & grow new partners to design and deliver process materials that offer commercially viable solutions, aimed at closing capability and performance gaps in Micron's pathfinding process material roadmap

• Strategic management of Materials delivery systems and abetment to drive lowest cost with best performance

• eSUS path finding for Materials to drive roadmap for low cost adoption in HVM to meet Micron 2050 sustainability goals

TDPRO Leader in Singapore to manage and sustain all NAND TD activities in both Capital, Materials and Spares

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 Years in and an Engineering Position and 5 years in Procurement related function

- Proven Leadership and experience in an Engineering Environment and Materials Procurement function preferred

- Experience in managing Executives and senior leaders within Micron and Suppliers

- Strong understanding of different cultures and experience of managing Team members and Suppliers Globally is essential.

- Understands Semiconductor process flow and experience in Process and Equipment Engineering have added advantage

Directs and guides the activities of a function responsible for interfacing with product development and supplier engineering to provide materials and components for company product manufacturing. Develops systems and procedures for selecting and monitoring vendors and suppliers to ensure their ability to meet engineering and quality standards and that parts and materials received meet requirements in a cost-effective manner. Establishes requirements for suppliers to achieve process and quality standards for GMPs. Facilitates development of team/partner relationships with vendors/suppliers and maintains relationships for long-term contracts for delivery of high quality components and materials. Conducts supplier facility surveys of potential critical components providers. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
