A leading lifestyle retail brand is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain & Logistics Project Manager to drive large-scale logistics and supply chain initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role will lead end-to-end project implementation, enhance operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and support the brand's continued regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for logistics and supply chain initiatives.
• Oversee warehousing setup, planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure service compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, performance metrics, service levels, and cost efficiencies.
• Generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
• Identify risk areas and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed, cost, and process efficiency.
• Supervise logistics flow, transportation, warehouse movements, and distribution execution.
• Support implementation of supply chain technologies and workflow enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's advantageous).
• 8-10 years' experience in supply chain management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in site establishment, supply chain transformation, or large-scale logistics projects.
• Strong project management capabilities, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ability.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and digital supply chain tools.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting experience, and commercial awareness.
