Position: Supply Chain Management Executive (Job ID: 19968) - CK

Salary: Basic up to $3,600 + AWS + VB

5 days work week

Responsibilities:
• Order Management: Manage end-to-end order handling, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with all stakeholders.
• Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks as required.
• Plan and coordinate shipments based on customer schedules and product availability.
• Process order revisions (excluding breakage-related changes).
• Document Handling: Send shipment and order-related documents to customers via email.
• Inventory Management: Review and adjust inventory records to maintain data accuracy and proper stock control.
• Organize and maintain e-filing for all orders, shipments, and document records.
• Prepare and process Credit/Debit Note (CNDN) adjustments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and miscellaneous operational updates.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or equivalent in supply chain or relevant field
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
• Good team player
• Training is provided
• Knowledge in Incoterms, import/export documents is preferred, but not a must.
