Salary: up to $4000 Basic
Working Location: North (transport pickup point at various locations)
Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 530pm)

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement of direct raw materials to meet cost, quality and delivery requirements.
• Plan and execute material purchases to support production schedules, including inventory control and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing, and manage shelf-life-sensitive materials.
• Oversee MRP activities, update delivery schedules and expedite orders to ensure production continuity.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, documentation, logistics and inbound/outbound freight arrangements.
• Maintain accurate system data, including pricing, purchase orders, invoices and material forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Requirements:
• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Relevant working experience in a procurement or logistics role within manufacturing
• Candidates without experience but with keen interest are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Independent, analytical, with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
