Responsibilities:

• Coordinate purchase orders from project sites and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports for management review.
• Generate and process purchase orders to align with project specifications and organizational procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Support procurement activities and vendor management alongside the Assistant Manager, Purchasing.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing policies, timelines, and cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement of construction or building materials is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
