Responsibilities

• Review customer inquiries, specifications, or requests for quotes (RFQs) to fully understand project or product requirements.
• Analyze labor, materials, time, and overhead costs to accurately calculate pricing.
• Prepare comprehensive and precise price quotes, proposals, or bids within set timelines.
• Collaborate with sales, production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure quotes are accurate and feasible.
• Stay informed on pricing trends, market conditions, and material costs to maintain competitiveness.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements or negotiate terms as needed.
• Utilize spreadsheets, ERP systems, or quoting software to generate, track, and manage quotes.
• Ensure all quotes adhere to company policies, profit margin targets, and industry standards.
• Follow up on submitted quotes to support the sales team in closing deals.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and customer communications.

Requirements

• Candidate with 2 years quotation/procurement experience in a semiconductor/electronics manufacturing setting are welcome to apply.
