Job Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for construction materials and services.
• Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other procurement documents.
• Ensure materials and services comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain and update the procurement database, supplier records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project, site, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control to avoid over or under-ordering.
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery, and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries on procurement activities.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, in the construction sector.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training may be considered.
• Basic understanding of construction materials and processes.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiar with procurement software or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
• Location at central.
