What You'll Do:

• Lead procurement and sourcing activities across APAC for engineering products (Gaskets, O-rings, Polymer & Power Transmission components).
• Build strong supplier networks and identify new sourcing opportunities in the region.
• Work closely with global procurement to standardize processes and tools.
• Conduct market research, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to meet technical and commercial needs.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the Global Head of Procurement.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 7-10+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with regional APAC exposure.
• Familiar with manufacturing or engineering product categories.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to bridge European requirements with local APAC supplier capabilities.
