SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER | DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING | HEALTHCARE ECOMMERCE

Our client is a profitable, homegrown eCommerce company with operations across Asia and the US. One of the few Singapore players to break into North America successfully, the company distributes a well-received portfolio of premium healthcare products that have seen strong growth in the post-Covid era. With over USD 100m in online sales and continued expansion, the business is now seeking a Supply Chain Manager to strengthen its global operations.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain and sales and operation planning (S&OP) processes to ensure timely product availability and market readiness. This includes demand forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP) planning, coordinating with contract manufacturers, managing cost optimisation initiatives, and driving on-time fulfillment across international markets. You will partner closely with compliance, legal, and R&D teams to ensure smooth product registrations and launches, while acting as the bridge between commercial functions (sales, marketing, design) and operations to align supply plans with growth targets.

We are targeting candidates with 6 to 10 years of supply chain, demand planning, or logistics experience, ideally with exposure to eCommerce, healthcare or beauty products, or international markets. Strong commercial acumen, an analytical approach to supply chain optimisation, and the ability to work with global partners are essential. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a direct impact on an ambitious, growing business. This role is only applicable for Singaporeans or Singapore PRs.
