Key Responsibilities

• \tManage purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers for quotations, and ensuring timely delivery.

• \tMonitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and adherence to FIFO practices.

• \tOversee receiving, picking, and issuance of materials and hardware, verifying quantity and quality.

• \tMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including the upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment, and hardware.

• \tPrepare regular stock and purchasing reports, and coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

• \tHandle documentation, invoicing, and provide general administrative support.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
