Job Description

• Coordinate global accessory orders and manage non-trade POs to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Oversee ODM production planning and material allocation to meet business needs and product launch schedules.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and successful NPI launches.
• Track supplier performance, drive efficiency improvements, and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Maintain up-to-date ERP records and minimize financial exposure from demand shifts or material changes.
• Develop and nurture strategic supplier relationships to strengthen responsiveness and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Tactical Buyer within the electronics manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and responsible, with sound business judgment and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Open to travel for supplier engagement and site visits.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced in using ERP systems.
