• \tFor a leading automation machine design and manufacturing company

• \tAWS, Var Bonus. Basic salary of SGD 3500

Responsibilities:

• \tSourcing quotations, negotiate price, terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.

• \tDrive cost reduction initiatives by leveraging negotiation, value engineering, logistics optimization, and other innovative approaches to ensure total cost competitiveness.

• \tManage purchase orders from creation to delivery, including order tracking and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.

• \tProactively monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of purchase parts and materials.

• \tLiaise closely with internal department including Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering and Logistics to understand operational needs and provide effective procurement support.

Requirements:

• \tMinimum Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain or equivalent

• \tAt least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment

• \tStrong negotiation and vendor sourcing skills

• \tProficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

• \tA proactive team player with the ability to work independently

• \tDetailed -oriented, confident, meticulous and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
