Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production schedules and company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for budgeting and cost control.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
• Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
• Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Semiconductor, Automotive or Electronic Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledge of import/export regulations
• Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
