The Project Procurement & Contract Specialist is responsible for preparing, negotiating and finalising Capex contracts and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

- Drafts, negotiates, and finalizes Capex contracts post-tender in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensures complete, accurate, and confidential management of all contract documents.
- Processes payment documents and tracks contract milestones to ensure timely compliance and delivery.
- Identifies and addresses contractual risks to protect company interests.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain and finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude towards work, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent organizational skills.
