The Project Procurement & Contract Specialist is responsible for preparing, negotiating and finalising Capex contracts and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Drafts, negotiates, and finalizes Capex contracts post-tender in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensures complete, accurate, and confidential management of all contract documents.
  • Processes payment documents and tracks contract milestones to ensure timely compliance and delivery.
  • Identifies and addresses contractual risks to protect company interests.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive attitude towards work, teamwork, and cooperation.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent organizational skills.
