On behalf of a Global QSR, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to be based in SIngapore. This role will lead initiatives that drive the company's growth and long-term sustainability. This role plays a pivotal part in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's supply chain, including strategic planning, vendor management, inventory control, logistics, and cost optimization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• \tManage and control activities of the centralized warehouse to ensure proper storage and handling of all materials/products.

• \tPlan and control 3rd party logistics service quality and efficiencies. Improve on existing network and distribution activities.

• \tImplement a lean framework and manage warehouse capacity for effective utilization of space and capacity.

• \tLead all operational activities and develop effective ordering and stocking strategies to meet customer expectations for product availability.

• \tConducts supply chain analyses to optimize distribution operation and footprint for optimal efficiency.

• \tDeploys and standardized management processes and drives alignment for the organization.

• \tManages appropriate KPIs and develops improvement plans (when required) to meet targets

• \tAssist with the development of new service solutions & projects.

• \tDeveloping and maintaining appropriate relationships with group and external service providers, developing business relationships and reviewing these regularly, to provide an appropriate distribution network for the business.

• \tLeads negotiation and accreditation with local suppliers in securing a cost-effective supply.

Criteria: To be considered for the role, you must have the following:

- At least 5 years of purchasing experience in F&B, restarutants, food or hospitality industry.

- ⁠Proven experience in supply forecasting, procurement, vendor and supplier management, and distribution planning.

- ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, ERP/Netsuite etc

- ⁠Proficient in cross departmental and regional collaboration

- ⁠⁠Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

- ⁠⁠Highly agile, resourceful with good interpersonal & communication skills.

- ⁠Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- ⁠Good influencing skill with effective English language verbal and written skills.

- ⁠A self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines (This is a role for you to build your own team and manage the function.)
