Supply Chain Manager - APAC Region

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across APAC. This role requires a strategic leader with the ability to balance efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction in a cross-border environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies for demand forecasting, inventory, and production planning.
• Lead,coach, and inspire a diverse multinational team to drive performance and collaboration.
• Build strong supplier partnerships and manage risks in international sourcing.
• Oversee logistics operations, streamlining transportation and ensuring cost-effective, on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to align demand and supply strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights and technology.
• Proactively assess supply chain risks (e.g., disruptions, tariffs) and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the Electro-Mechanical field is a plus.
