We're seeking an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of success to lead and coordinate design bids, tenders, and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent communication skills.

Jobs Responsibility:

• Develop and implement bid/planning strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead cross-functional bid teams, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
• Analyze bid invitations, tender documents, and client requirements
• Coordinate with design teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
• Develop and review bid content, including written responses, diagrams, and visual aids
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements, regulations, and company standards
• Manage bid timelines, milestones, and deadlines
• Coordinate bid submission, including documentation and electronic uploads
• Develop and deliver presentation materials for client meetings and interviews
• Develop and maintain bid knowledge management systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of bid management/planner experience in ID, main con company locally
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Strong understanding of design principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
