Responsibilities: -

• Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Set up surveillance equipment, perform firmware upgrades, and maintain detailed update logs.
• Oversee stock placement and movement within the warehouse to ensure organized storage.
• Record and track serial numbers for all received shipments.
• Prepare and issue equipment for deployment, including proper documentation.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet operational and project requirements.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of faulty items.
• Package goods and prepare shipments for delivery to clients or project sites.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying them against delivery documentation.
• Update and manage inventory data using the Auto Count System.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering, IT and Supply Chain
• Min 1 yrs experience as Logistics Admin
• Experience in inventory management
• Preferable with Auto Count System experience
• Comfortable to work in fan warehouse environment
