Our client, is a MNC and leading A1 Main contractor diverse in civil and large scale infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading a Team of project QS.
- Draft and negotiate terms and conditions in Contract Agreements
- Well-versed and knowledgeable of construction contract terminology.
- Team support to the Project Manager in Contract Management Cost Control.
- Prepare and submit procurement schedule for permanent works in accordance to Master Programme.
- Ensure procurement/award for permanent works is in accordance to approved procurement schedule.
- Manage contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the subcontractors.
- Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms & conditions.
- Negotiate with consultants and resolve contract issue.
- Negotiation with new suppliers/sub-contractors and dispute management.
- Preparation of progress reports, progress charts and interim progress claims.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
- Experience design and build Data center project preferred.
