Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• \tAttend to visitors & phone call

• \tReceive material for delivery to office

• \tLiaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, material order and follow up on deliveries

• \tVerify supplier invoice quantity, unit rates

• \tPantry item upkeep and purchase of pantry and stationary items when required

• \tPurchase requisition & update rental equipment status

• \tTo manage new asset purchase

• \tArrange equipment/ site tools for calibration and keep record of calibration upon return.

• \tTo prepare Certificate of Payment to Subcontractor.

• \tTo assist in company event

• \tPerform filing, administrative and any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• \tProficient in using Microsoft Office applications

• \tTeam player and able to work independently

• \tAble to adapt to fast-paced environments

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm
